PAELLA

Paella is a rice Spanish dish originally from Valencia (situated in the east of Spain). In ancient times, Valencian people prepared this dish with whatever ingredients they had on hand. Nowadays there are two types of Paella; Meat Paella and Seafood Paella.

The main ingredients of Paella are white rice, vegetables, oil and chicken or rabbit if it’s a Meat Paella or shrimps, lobster and mussels if it’s a Seafood Paella.
